Thank you for your interest in making a Laurel Hall reservation! We love it when people throw events here.

Kitchen

Laurel Hall has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, and a all of your general kitchen needs.

When using the kitchen, residents will be responsible for cleaning up after themselves. This includes washing and drying all equipment, and making sure that there is no residue left behind from all of your awesome cooking adventures!

We provide soap and sponges as well; please let us know if either of them are running low in supply.

Lounge

Laurel Hall has a 1st and 2nd floor lounge.

Our 1st floor lounge is connected to the kitchen, and has a large amount of comfortable seating, as well as 2 televisions.

Our 2nd floor lounge is a great place to hold a relaxed meeting. It has several couches and a soda vending machine, along with a television.

If you notice anything wrong with the lounges or the equipment inside of them, please let us know immediately, and we’ll get right to fixing it!

Screening room

Movie theaters are awesome, and we have one right here on campus! The Laurel Screening Room has comfortable seating for 52, and an HD projector ready to go!

Our screening room has the following inputs:

  • Blu-ray*
  • VHS
  • Television
  • DVD
  • VGA**
  • A standard computer

*The Blu-ray remote must be requested from the office in order for the Blu-ray player to work.

**Please ensure that your device is compatible with the VGA input before the day of your event.

If it is your first time using the screening room, or if you are unfamiliar with using a projector system, you may definitely come to the screening room in advance to ensure that you understand how to use the inputs.

It is the responsibility of the individual reserving the room to understand how to use the system, and make any necessary arrangements with Media Services to assist with problems they may encounter.
