- Address ID card access problems
- Connect residents with campus resources
- Help send out and retrieve campus mail
- Mediate resident conflicts
- Provide events/programming/activities for residents
- Educate students on Ramapo College policies
- Request service for Internet and cable issue
- Assist with room change requests
- Room lockout assistance
- Submit Facilities work orders
