This fee only covers the costs associated with degree processing. This fee is charged to applicants for each degree level: Baccalaureate and Master’s. In the case where a master’s student has received a previous degree from Ramapo, this fee is applicable for the new degree level. However, if you file for graduation and do not graduate during that year, you will not be charged another fee. Instead, your first payment will be verified by the Graduation Office.
The deadline to apply for a January degree is September 30th; the deadline to apply for a June degree is January 30th and the deadline to apply for an August degree is March 30th.
No applications will be accepted after the deadline date. Graduation applications and instruction are available online or at the Office of the Registrar (D-224).
NOTE: If any application deadline dates listed above fall during a weekend, holiday, or on a Friday during the summer, the next working day following listed date will be substituted.
Diplomas will automatically be mailed to all graduates.
After your degree is certified, as long as you do not have any outstanding financial obligations, your diploma will be ordered and will be shipped within 6 weeks directly to the permanent address on file. Therefore, it is important for you to login and verify the permanent address on your student record.
Reviewing Permanent Address
