Fall 2024:

Residence Halls Open for First Year and Transfers by Appointment – September 1, 2024
Residence Halls Open for Continuing Students 10:00am-10:00pm – September 3, 2024
Last day 100% Housing Refund (minus the daily rate up until this date for those that have checked in) – September 10, 2024
Last day 100% refund for meal plan (minus meal usage) or to change/add/drop meal plan – September 10, 2024
Last Day 50% Refund for Housing – September 17, 2024
Residence Halls move-out must occur 24 hours after students last final or by 6:00pm on December 20th, whichever occurs first. Residence Halls close at 6:00 pm – December 20, 2024

Spring 2025:

Residence Halls Check-In – January 20, 2025
Last day 100% housing refund (minus the daily rate up until this date for those that have checked in) – January 27, 2025
Last day 100% refund for meal plan (minus meal usage) – January 27, 2025
Last Day 50% Refund for Housing – February 3, 2025
Housing Selection Deposit due (for current residents in housing ) – February 3, 2025
