The Village apartment residences are located adjacent to the George T. Potter Library, Angelica and Russ Berrie Center for the Performing and Visual Arts, the Sharp Sustainability Education Center and the Bill Bradley Sports and Recreation Center.
Twenty-two three-story buildings, with exterior stair and elevator access, houses 520 students. Apartments have four single bedrooms and large baths, full kitchen (full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and stove) with counter seating and pass through window to dining area/living room. Furnishing include bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, dresser and wardrobe/closet. Community environment with central building (Thomases Commons) containing laundry, mail, lounge with fireplace, and large screen television; Outdoor seating; Barbecue area. Some stairwells in The Village may be designated alcohol allowed. Village student apartments where all assigned residents are over 21 and approval for alcohol allowed housing are granted alcohol allowed by the Village Hall Office. Refer to the Guide to Community Living for more details.
