Critical Housing Dates & Deadlines Calendar

Fall 2023:

Residence Halls Open for First Year and Transfers by Appointment – August 27, 2023
Residence Halls Open for Continuing Students 10:00am-10:00pm – August 29, 2023
Last day 100% Housing Refund (minus the daily rate up until this date for those that have checked in) – September 5, 2023
Last day 100% refund for meal plan (minus meal usage) or to change/add/drop meal plan – September 5, 2023
Last Day 50% Refund for Housing and Meal Plan – September 12, 2023
Residence Halls move-out must occur 24 hours after students last final or by 6:00pm on December 20th, whichever occurs first. Residence Halls close at 6:00 pm – December 20, 2023

Spring 2024:

Residence Halls Check-In – January 23, 2024
Last day 100% housing refund (minus the daily rate up until this date for those that have checked in) – January 30, 2024
Last day 100% refund for meal plan (minus meal usage) – January 30, 2024
Last Day 50% Refund for Housing and Meal Plan – February 6, 2024
Housing Selection Deposit due (for current residents in housing ) – February 1, 2024
Residence Halls move-out must occur 24 hours after students last final or by 6:00pm on May 15th, whichever occurs first. Residence Halls close at 6:00 pm – May 15, 2024
