Eligibility

In order to be eligible to participate in the online Housing Selection process, you must have completed Step One, which is the submission of the $500 non refundable housing deposit to the Office of Student Accounts by February 8, 2024. 

If you have submitted the $500.00 deposit AFTER February 8, 2024 you can still be guaranteed housing (but not a specific location) and will be placed in August. You must complete and submit the Alternate Housing Application to still be guaranteed housing for Fall 2024.  This form can be obtained on the Residence Life web page on April 15, 2024.  You will NOT have access to the online housing selection portal.

Although it is not required that you be registered for classes for the Fall 2024 term at the time of the online Housing Selection Process, you must be registered for classes as a full time student by May 1, 2024 in order to retain any housing reservation made during the online Housing Selection Process. Failure to do so by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your housing reservation.  You will not be permitted to check-in for the Fall 2024 semester if you are not registered for classes.  If you are removed from housing due to non-registration, you will have to follow the reapplication process.  You will NOT be guaranteed housing and your name will be placed on the Commuter Housing List for Fall 2024.

Fall 2024 bills must be paid in full by the payment deadline in order to retain your housing reservation for Fall 2024. Residents who have not paid their bills by the payment deadline may lose housing for the Fall 2024 semester.

Unauthorized individuals who have accessed the housing portal without meeting the housing selection process requirements will be immediately removed from the process.  All groups with any unauthorized group members will be removed from the housing selection process, disbanded and must reapply for housing.
