Dino Pagliarello ‘97 , Senior Vice President, Product Management & Planning Konica Minolta Business Solutions

Dino Pagliarello is an alum whose major was International Studies and International Business, with a minor in Italian language.

Currently Dino is the Senior Vice President of Product Management and Planning at Konica Minolta Business Solutions in Ramsey, NJ the North American subsidiary of parent company Konica Minolta, Inc., headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.  He has responsibility for providing leadership and direction to the company’s North American subsidiary while simultaneously leading the company’s product roadmap. In his role, Dino sets the company’s growth objectives to align to their clients’ current and future needs.

Dino offers a unique global perspective with innate personal skills for building and sustaining strong business relationships. His combination of professional and personal strengths and experiences enables Dino to motivate, equip, and propel both people and organizations to their fullest potential, often exceeding ambitious national and global business objectives.

Throughout his career, Dino has been in the high-tech product, solutions and services business segment. He prides himself on being dedicated to developing strategic relevancy to the entire customer value chain by leveraging cross functional teams as well as individual strengths and interests.

Dino and his wonderful wife Yonca have two children, Leonardo (11) and Salvatore (10) and reside in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.  In his spare time, he plays golf, loves skiing and dabbles in amateur wine making with his friends and family.
