Susan Osgood, Vice President, Corporate Human Resources, Sharp Electronics Corporation

Ms. Osgood is vice president, corporate human resources at Sharp Electronics Corporation. Ms. Osgood joined Sharp in 2002 and was promoted to her current role in 2013. Her responsibilities include U.S. business human resources strategy, compensation and benefits management, staffing, training and development, payroll and community outreach programs. Prior to joining Sharp, Ms. Osgood managed compensation programs at Ernst and Young LLP as well as executive compensation and the expatriate payroll function at Joseph E. Seagram and Sons Inc. She is a member of World at Work, SHRM, the Montvale Chamber of Commerce, the NJ Chamber of Commerce, Evanta’s CHRO Leadership Summit Governing Body, (AWE) Advancing Women Executives, AMA’s Women’s Leadership Center, ADP’s HCM Leadership Council and the Commerce and Industry Association of N.J. She earned a B.B.A. in information systems from Pace University.
