Joseph Haynes, Senior Vice President, Investments, Senior Portfolio Manager, UBS Financial Services Inc.

Mr. Haynes is senior vice president, investments and senior portfolio manager at UBS Financial Services Inc.  He began his investment career in 1966 as a security analyst at Standard & Poors and Argus Research.  In the late 1970s, Mr. Haynes developed a brokerage business with private clients.  In 1980, he joined E. F. Hutton (acquired by Shearson Lehman in 1989 and Smith Barney in 1993.)  He moved his business to PaineWebber in 1998.  Mr. Haynes was a founder and director of Independence Bancorp of N.J. (later Commerce Bank/North, now TD Bank).  Mr. Haynes received his B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and attended the M.B.A. program at New York University.
