Robert is President of RCM Ceberio, LLC  since   JANUARY 2011 – RCM Ceberio LLC is a strategic planning and management consulting firm assisting public and private clients to meet and achieve their goals and objectives in terms of projects, plans, and policies.

He is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer with a very strong record of success in managing institutions involved with land-use planning, economic development, and environmental issues.

Previously he served as Executive Director of the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission, was division supervisor at New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority and was adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickenson University and Rutgers University teaching in the Masters Programs in Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, and Business Administration.
