Christopher Conway

Christopher Conway, President and CEO,  Aucera

Mr. Conway has been part of the Aucera (formerly DialAmerica) family since 1993.  Aucera is among the largest privately held contact center providers in the world delivering more than 100 million experiences a year across a global footprint that includes domestic, nearshore and offshore locations.  Aucera has thousands of passionate employees that support a broad range of Fortune 500 consumer brands, providing Customer Experience Management services and innovative technology solutions across a variety of channels that include phone, email, chat and social media.  Mr. Conway has over 30 years of experience in the contact center industry, touching on all facets of the business including business development, finance, client services, legal and technology.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Conway has served as CTO, CFO, COO and President prior to being named Chief Executive Officer in 2014. Mr. Conway earned a B.A. in Mathematics from Cornell University.
