Ralph Mastrangelo, Retired Executive Vice President, BNY Securities Group.
Mr. Mastrangelo is retired from the Bank of New York. Prior to his position as executive vice president of the bank and president of BNY Securities Group, he was senior vice president and chief information officer at JP Morgan & Co. (now part of JPMorgan Chase & Co.). He has served on the advisory board of Market Resolve, a financial services consulting firm and as chairman of the board of trustees of New York Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital. He was named “trustee of the year” by the Healthcare Trustees of N.Y. State in 2004. Mr. Mastrangelo is a former director of the Government Securities Clearing Corporation, the International Securities Clearing Corporation and of Junior Achievement of N.Y. He has also served as chair of his local school foundation. He holds a B.S. in economics from St. John’s University and an M.B.A. in management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Mastrangelo is a member of the board of governors of the Ramapo College Foundation and has served as chair of the board for three years.
