Ralph Mastrangelo, Retired Executive Vice President, BNY Securities Group.

Mr. Mastrangelo is retired from the Bank of New York.  Prior to his position as executive vice president, he was senior vice president and chief information officer at JP Morgan & Co. (now part of JPMorgan Chase & Co.).  He serves on the advisory board of Market Resolve, a financial services consulting firm.  He also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees of The Valley Hospital Foundation in Paramus N.J.  Mr. Mastrangelo is a former director of the Government Securities Clearing Corporation and Junior Achievement of N.Y.  He was named “trustee of the year” by the Healthcare Trustees of N.Y. State in 2004.  He holds a B.S. in economics from St. John’s University and an M.B.A. in management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
