Helpful Information

Student Accounts

Unable to Check-in?

However, these students must notify their hall/area office via email of their anticipated date of arrival. Rain or Shine

Check-in will take place rain or shine, so please be prepared for all weather conditions. Dress comfortably and appropriately for the day. If rain is in the forecast, we recommend bringing tarps or large plastic bags to help protect your belongings.

Campus Elevators

In the event of an elevator malfunction, you may need to use the stairwells. We recommend packing your belongings in a way that allows for easy transport via stairs. Bringing your own moving supplies (such as bins, carts, or bags) can also help speed up the move-in process.

Laurel Hall Elevators

Laurel Hall has two elevators serving a building of over 400 residents. On Check-In Day, please expect elevator lines, which may extend outside the building. Be prepared for potential wait times and plan accordingly. We kindly ask for your patience and consideration toward others, as this will help create a smoother experience for everyone. If possible, consider arriving during off-peak hours to reduce congestion.
