Flipping the Classroom with TechSmith Relay

October 19, 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 1:50 pm

This session will introduce you to the capabilities of TechSmith Relay to record lectures and presentations that can be shared with students. Capture everything that you can display on a computer screen, including PowerPoint presentations, and interactions with software or web sites. Along with the video from the computer screen, record your voice and other audio, and optionally your face with a webcam. The simplicity of Relay makes it easy to record, publish and share your videos. Relay is installed in classrooms on all PC teaching stations.

Pedagogy Connection: Flipping the classroom is an opportunity for instructors to present content through recorded lectures and screencasts while practicing the content in class. TechSmith Relay enables instructors to create high quality and engaging instructional videos for a successfully flipped classroom.

Open to faculty and staff.

Presenters: Michael Bitz and Trish Williams
