Sonja Cullaro, Executive Vice President of Christie’s International Real Estate Northern New Jersey, Westchester and Hudson Valley

With more than 20 years of experience, Sonja is the Executive Vice President of Christie’s International Real Estate Northern New Jersey, Westchester and Hudson Valley, responsible for all aspects of corporate business development, including corporate growth and strategy, marketing programs including the marketing of distinctive properties, managing of strategic partnerships, and working to expand the Christie’s brand to new territories. Sonja works very closely within the Christie’s International Real Estate Global Network, managing relationships with other Christie’s affiliates, as well as Christie’s Auction House. She has collaborated with Christie’s corporate team on many successful lifestyle events, showcasing Christie’s real estate services and properties, including The Palm Beach Modern and Contemporary Art Show, Art Miami, Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, The Rockefeller Estate Auctions, and the Rolls Royce Phantom VIII Launch in the tri-state area, to name some. She has appeared on CNBC’s Secret Lives of the Super Rich, NBC Open House, and CBS Living Large.

Prior to joining the executive team at Christie’s International Real Estate, Sonja spent over 10 years on Wall Street, including holding management positions at Fidelity Investments and TD Financial Group. From 2011-2013, Sonja served as Vice President of Corporate Lending, including commercial real estate lending, at TD Bank Financial Group. From 2001-2011, Sonja was employed at Fidelity Investments in New York, where she served as Senior Director in the Institutional Brokerage Division, holding her Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses. In 2011, Sonja was awarded the Fidelity President’s Award for her leadership and service.

Sonja holds both a Bachelors in Finance and Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Management from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and has completed an executive development program at Harvard University. She supports and is actively involved in several philanthropic and community organizations and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Ramapo College of New Jersey.
