Kim Albano,  ’82 Vice President, Customer Operations, ESPN

Ms. Albano is vice president of customer of operations at ESPN.  Before joining the network in 2005, her career included stints as senior vice president/chief service officer of XO Communications, vice president of McCaw Cellular/AT&T Wireless and director of U.S. operations for Nestle.  She is also active with Women in Cable and Telecommunications. Ms. Albano serves on the School of Contemporary Arts alumni advisory board as well as the Alumni Association board.  She is also a parent; her daughter is enrolled as a senior.  Kim earned a B.A. in Fine Arts from Ramapo College.
