Facilities Administrative Offices
This division supports all administrative aspects of the daily operations of the Facilities Unit. Paramount to our function is to provide an effective support system to Facilities management and staff, while overseeing the distribution of information to all concerned parties . Particular attention is given to providing professional and helpful customer service to both the staff as well as the overall College community .
Facilities Building Maintenance and Repairs (Repairs and Trades)
Interior and exterior repairs and renovations are handled by our staff of electricians, plumbers, carpenter and locksmith, as well as a team of general repairers. Building maintenance and repair services should be requested via TMA iService Desk.
Facilities Building Services (Housekeeping)
Housekeeping is that division of Facilities that is responsible for the interior cleanliness of all campus buildings. In addition, Housekeeping is responsible for all “set-ups” to support the College Events and Conference operation.
A special set-up for a meeting or conference should be requested through the Events and Conferences office at extension 7590.
Housekeeping services (carpet cleaning, moving of boxes, etc.) should be requested through a work order using TMA iService Desk.
Facilities Building Utilities (HVAC)
Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) is controlled by a computerized Building Management System and maintains constant temperatures in most all Academic Buildings. Staff is on duty 24/7 to maintain and operate the three boilers installed during the period 2014-2019. Extreme temperature concerns can be referred to our Service Desk at extension 7660 or requested via TMA iService Desk.
Receiving / Storeroom
Receivers accept packaged and palleted deliveries, verify and record incoming merchandise and arrange timely distribution of materials to the College community.
Facilities Grounds Maintenance
Planning, design and grounds maintenance of the campus, our Athletic Field complex and our snow removal operations. Grounds maintenance should be requested via TMA iService Desk.
All emergencies are responded to as quickly as possible.
Routine work requests are scheduled by the Supervisors.

If you require immediate assistance, problems such as no power, elevator malfunctions, plumbing leaks/clogs, no heat/AC any lock related problem, or health safety concerns please call the Service Desk at extension 7660.
All requests for Phone Service should be called into extension 7777 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All requests for cable TV problems should be called into extension 7604 (Media Services) or emailed to email@example.com.
Any emergencies that occur between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. OR on weekends should be reported to Public Safety at extension 6666.
