Thomas Dunn

Thomas Dunn, Esq., Retired Counsel, Beattie Padovano, LLC

Mr. Dunn is a retired attorney, formerly with Beattie Padovano LLC in Montvale.  Over his career, he served as the attorney for the Borough of Upper Saddle River, the Upper Saddle River planning board, the Saddle River board of adjustment, the Weehawken planning board, the Teaneck Redevelopment Agency, the Bergen County Library System and the boards of education for Closter and Alpine. He has also been an associate counsel to the N.J. League of Municipalities. Tom enjoys history, particularly local history.  As the former President of the Mahwah Museum, he now serves as a Trustee Emeritus. Mr. Dunn is a past president of the Mahwah Chamber of Commerce, the Hackensack Rotary Club and the Mahwah board of education and is currently a member of the Bergen Highlands/Ramsey Rotary.   He is a former chair and member of the College board of trustees from 1992-2004.  He was honored as a Distinguished Citizen in 2001 and is an honorary member of Omicron Kappa Delta and of the Ramapo retirees.  Mr. Dunn earned his B.S.E. in civil engineering from Princeton University and an L.L.B. from Columbia University School of Law.
