Project 2014-02-01C

This project involves alteration of a control room and recording studio within the H-Wing 2nd floor Les Paul Studio. Alterations will include elimination of a window, relocations of doors, extension of mechanical and electrical systems, and addition of equipment. Bids will be received for a single lump sum contract covering all work indicated in the construction documents.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND SITE INSPECTION: 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 17, 2015 in the H-Wing, room H-208A. If because of inclement weather the College is closed on this day, the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on the next business day the College is open at the same time and location.
