Notetaking

Notetaking

Peer Notetaking is an accommodation that must be approved during the affiliation process. If this accommodation is supported and approved by the OSS Director, it will be indicated on your Accommodation Notice.

Notetaking: the Process

Once approved you will still need to request notetakers each semester. In order to request a peer notetaker:

Step #1: Meet with Your OSS Counselor

Schedule a meeting on Connect with your OSS Counselor and request a notetaker during your meeting to review your accommodations for the semester.

Step #2: Class E-mail Is Sent

An email will be sent to the class asking for student volunteers.

Step #3: You Are Notified

You will be notified via email when a notetaker is secured, along with the link you need to access your notes on a weekly basis.

Step #4: If You Have Questions..

If you have any questions or concerns about your notetaker, please reach out to your OSS Counselor.
