End of Summer Flex Schedule 2025

As a reminder, Friday, August 15, 2025 is the last summer Friday.  Effective Monday, August 18, offices will resume the regular operating hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

10 Month Academic Calendar

This is a reminder for 10-month employees that the academic calendar will begin August 27, 2025.  The academic calendar is available at

Core/Unit schedules may vary from this date.  Please consult with your supervisor if you have any questions.

Vacation Carryover

Vacation carryover is limited to one year of accrued time.  Employees, who earn time on a calendar year basis, please remember to review vacation balances and schedule your time prior to December 31, 2025 so you do not lose accrued time.  If you are in jeopardy of losing vacation time, please meet with your supervisor as soon as possible.
