Flu & COVID-19 Shot Clinic

The Benefits Office will host an on-site Flu Shot Clinic in conjunction with Acme Pharmacy on Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 10:30 am – 1:00 pm (in Benefits Fair – Student Center) and Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 11:00 – 1:00 pm (in HR Conference Room). There is no cost for subscribers enrolled in the Horizon BCBS. For employees not enrolled in a health plan through the College, please check with Acme Pharmacy or your insurance carrier for eligibility.

Please note this clinic is not open to students. Students should contact the Health Service Department if they are interested in obtaining a flu shot.

Please complete the Informed Consent form and review the vaccine information statement and email to poer@ramapo.edu along with a copy of your current insurance card. The consent form is a writeable form so you can download it and save to your computer and open with adobe acrobat.
