Spring Orientation

Update 12/21/22 – New Student Orientation scheduled for Thursday, January 6th will no longer be held in person and has been changed to a live online event.

  • Students registered for the event prior to 12/21/22 will receive an email to their personal email with the update. 
  • Students registering for the event after 12/21/22 will receive the information they need in their confirmation email that is sent to their personal email address.

The Center for Student Success and New Student Experience welcomes all new spring students for their orientation day, a to chance meet both college administrators and classmates, and to get a feel for the campus they will call home over the next few years. All incoming students go through an orientation program before beginning in the spring.

All new students are asked to complete our asychronous virtual orientation modules to learn all about academics, techonology and getting involved at Ramapo College.  The virtual module prepares students to meet with their academic advisor and register for spring courses.

Emails concerning enrollment and next steps for the spring semester have been sent to the students personal email address that they provided when they applied to Ramapo College.

Please note that the populations listed below have a customized registration process and do not need to sign-up for Orientation:

  • RN to BSN students should set up an appointment directly with Clare Naporano, Nursing Advisor,
  • Readmit students (students who have previously attended Ramapo) should contact the Center for Student Success,, to set up academic advisement.
  • Evening Adult Completion Program (DCP) Students will attend a separate orientation, please contact Trish Laprey, with any questions.
