COVID-19 Testing

On-campus testing for asymptomatic, unvaccinated individuals is no longer required. Voluntary, self-testing via a COVID-19 home test is strongly recommended for all employees (before arriving on campus) and students within 72 hours of their arrival for the upcoming semester.
New Jersey’s COVID-19 Information Hub includes information about where you can get tested for COVID-19, and a listing of community medical providers conducting COVID-19 testing is found here.
COVID-19 testing is offered in Health Services for symptomatic students who may already be on campus and experiencing illness Monday to Friday, by appointment only (call 201-684-7536). Home test kits are available for purchase in the Campus Bookstore.

Ramapo

The State of New Jersey and Vault Medical Services have partnered to offer at-home COVID-19 saliva testing for persons who believe they need to be tested, at no cost. Ordering information can be foundhere.
The White House has also announced that every home in the U.S. is eligible to order 4 free at-home COVID-19 tests. Additional information can be foundhere. If you test positive on the at-home kit, please contact Health Services (for students) or Human Resources (for employees). You will be required to confirm the diagnosis through other testing, but we appreciate your consideration in letting us know your preliminary health status so we can provide you with College-specific guidance.
