FACULTY DEVELOPMENT DAY – TECHFEST 2023

February 8, 2023 @ 1:00 am - 4:30 pm

Please join us on Wednesday for Faculty Development Day co-sponsored by the Faculty Resource Center (FRC) and Instructional Design Center (IDC) and the Teaching, Learning, and Technology Roundtable (TLTR). The theme for Faculty Development Day is TechFest 2023, celebrating teaching and technology usage on Ramapo’s campus.  Our celebration falls in line with the 40th anniversary of the Arpanet becoming the Internet, the release of the Apple IIe Computer, and the release of the Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI)!   As we fast forward to 2023, these 1980’s technologies blazed the trail for much of the technology that we use both in the classroom and in our research today.  FDD/TechFest 2023 gives us an opportunity to showcase and celebrate the creative approaches used by our faculty to integrate the use of technology into the classroom experience.
