Thank you for your interest in Ramapo College’s Corporate Intern Housing Program.  We are proud of the facilities and services we offer corporations and their interns.  We are offering apartment-style housing accommodations again this summer.

All corporate interns will be staying in The College Park Apartments.

Please refer to the Housing Info Page for information for you and your interns.  Also refer to the Housing Agreement, which must be completed by each intern and submitted online.  Our contact information is provided above.  Additionally, please find the “Guide to the Corporate Intern Housing,” which sets forth additional rules and College policies.  We ask that you maintain copies of all of these materials for reference.  Be sure to direct interns to this Website.

The Corporate Contact must send one completed Corporate Contact Summary Form, indicating all corporate interns who will be residing on campus at Ramapo for the current Summer.  Even if you have submitted this form in previous years, please resubmit it to ensure that we have your current information.  Following receipt of the completed Housing Agreement from each intern, a confirmation notice will be sent to both the Corporate Contact and the Intern via email.

If your company will be paying fees to Ramapo College for your intern(s), please use the following hyperlink to access the RCNJ W-9 form, if this is required for your company to write checks payable to Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Although there may be plenty of available housing assignments for corporate interns, please keep in mind that assignments are made on a first come, first served basis.  Agreements will only be accepted as long as there are available spaces.  Refer to the Corporate Intern Housing Program Website for the current Timeline and other details.
