Project Number: 2015-64-02C

The project includes the interior renovation of a freestanding multi unit college dormitory.  This wood structured building currently sits vacant and demolished down to the framing and subfloors.  Scope of work to include, but not limited to; new gypsum wall board installed through-out the existing space, new soffits built to enclose the existing sprinkler piping, new flooring and wall finishes, new kitchen cabinets, new bathroom vanities, new plumbing fixtures, new lighting, new receptacles, devices and branch circuit wiring. A new dry sprinkler system for the existing crawl space and attic will be provided. New stairs with new guard rails, handrails and balusters are being installed to comply with present code. Damaged or inadequate fiberglass batt insulation shall be removed and replaced in walls and ceilings / floors as required.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 25, 2015 in the Robert A. Scott Student Center room SC-137.  If due to inclement weather the College is closed at this time, the pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on the next business day at the same place and time.
