Dorm life at Ramapo College.

I enrolled at Ramapo College in 1971 as a second year student. I lived in a motel room on Route 17 that was rented by the college since the dormitories were not yet built. I was among the first group of students to live in the newly built dormitories, referred to as “garden apartments.” The modules had 2 bedrooms (each shared by two students), a central living area, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. I am pictured in front of my 1954 Pontiac Starchief.
