The first day for in-person STAMP testing is Monday, August 31. STAMP will be offered at least once per week after that during the fall 2020 semester.

What health and safety precautions is the Ramapo College Testing Center taking for in-person STAMP testing?

The Ramapo College Testing Center is dedicated to providing a clean and safe testing site for all Ramapo students needing to take placement testing. We have reduced the number of students testing at one time to meet NJ social distancing requirements, redirected traffic for the testing center to use a separate entrance and exit, and will provide all testers with access to hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for their computer station. Masks will be worn by students and proctors at all times in the testing center.

How do I pay for the STAMP test?

The Ramapo College Testing Center will charge all testing fees to your Ramapo student account. We will not be accepting cash payments. There is a $35.00 non-refundable test administration fee for the STAMP test.

How many students will I be in the Testing Center with?

There will be no more than 10 students testing at one time with 2 proctors present. This meets the state and local guidelines for social distancing and indoor occupancy for the testing center.

Do I have to take the STAMP test in-person?

No, you do not. You can choose to take the STAMP test remotely as well. Please note, remote proctoring is offered through an outside company not affiliated with Ramapo and there is an additional fee for this service.
