Ramapo College of New Jersey offers a Master of Science in Nursing degree with 3 tracks offered – family nurse practitioner, nursing administration, and nursing education. Many nurses in the region are attracted to our program because of the individual attention provided to each student, affordability, and accessibility. Completion of any of the 3 tracks offer Nurses the ability to attain certification in their respective disciplines and expertise and become Nursing leaders and mentors in their respective medical environments.
There are three MSN options:
- MSN – Nursing Education – 33 credits
- MSN – Nursing Administration – 34 credits
- MSN – Family Nurse Practitioner – 47 credits
RN to MSN – with non BSN Bachelor’s degree Option
An MSN – Transition Program is offered to RN licensed nurses with non-nursing baccalaureate degrees. After review of their undergraduate degree by the Asst. Dean of Nursing, students will be required to complete undergraduate courses to the particular track. These courses will be mutually agreed upon by the student and Assistant Dean prior to the start of the program.
