Ramapo PASSPORT Days

The Bergen County Clerk’s Office has partnered with Ramapo’s Roukema Center for International Education to offer a pop-up Passport Office.


Who is Eligible for Ramapo’s Passport Days?

  • United States Citizens
  • First-time passport applicants
  • Passport Renewals

What is the Process?

  1. Complete your form:
    FORM
    DS-11 (Must Appear In-Person)
    FORMDS-82 (Mail-in)
    USED FORRenewing an adult’s passport

    Changing a name within a year
    Correcting a passport error
    Replacing a Limited Validity passport within one or two years

  2. Collect supporting documents: You’ll need:

    The specific documents you need depend on what form you’re using.

  3. Get your photo: You need one 2″ by 2″ color passport photo. See Passport Photos for requirements and photo examples.
  4. Calculate your fees: Passport fees depend on a number of factors. See Passport Fees to find your fees and methods of payment. You will need two checks.
  5. Submit: Visit one of Ramapo’s Passport Days (see schedule below), or an acceptance facility, at your convenience.

What about my Passport Photos?

Ramapo College will offer FREE passport photos to current students, faculty & staff. For members of the community, they may have their photos taken at the Passport Day (at a fee).

Ramapo’s FREE Passport Photos will be taken at the following days, time, locations:

Wednesday, November 10, 3-5pm, C-213 (Fishbowl)

*Note, for non-Ramapo students or employees, there will be a fee of $10 to be paid in cash. 


When are the Passport Days?

10:00 am - 02:00 pm

Bring in your completed passport application, photos and payment to C-213. The Bergen County Clerk’s Office will review and submit it for processing.

If you would like to get a photo on these days, it is available at a fee of $10.
