Project No. 2016-01-02C

The project is to create a new 25-seat classroom and a student lab/lounge by splitting the current Language Lab (B-127) into two separate spaces, with minor related work. Finishes will be re-furbished with new fixtures and furniture provided.  Bids will be received for a single lump sum contract covering all work indicated in the construction documents.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: 10:00 A.M. Thursday,  June 22, 2017 in Academic Complex Wing B, B-127.  If due to inclement weather the College is closed at this time, the pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on the next business day at the same place and time.

Addendum No. 1 to be issued: Friday, June 30, 2017.
