Is Handshake replacing the Archway?
Yes. As of January 2018, the Archway will be replaced by Handshake for posting job and internship listings, managing on-campus recruiting, advertising your events, and messaging Roadrunners who meet your qualifications.
How do I create a job posting?
How long will it take for my account to be approved?
Pending employer approvals will be approved within 3-5 business days. If your request has not been processed within a week, please log into Handshake and check your notifications for any comments regarding your job posting. If you have any questions, please contact the Career Center at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Make sure to check with your company administrator for approval as well.
How do I reserve space for tabling or information sessions at Ramapo College of New Jersey?
To reserve a tabling space or information session space:

- Organization name and “Tabling” or “Information Session” in Subject
- Preferred date and time
- Targeted majors
- Job description, if applicable
