Scholarships for students affiliated with the Office of Specialized Services (OSS) are now open and close for applications on 7/30/25.

Most other scholarships will open for the 25/26 academic year on August 15 and close on October 5. Please note that a new general application must be completed for each academic year. Please look for updates in the Daily Digest and on social media.

Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis throughout both semesters. Due to the volume of applications, you will only be notified if you have been chosen to receive an award.

To be considered for any scholarship, including nominated awards, students must complete a general application.

How to apply:

• Please refer to the essay topics and required essay length in the description of each scholarship before you begin an online application. You will not be able to save the application and return to it. Your essay should be written before you complete the application; you will upload your essay, saved as a Word document.
• If you are awarded a scholarship, your bio will be included in the scholarship book and posted on the Ramapo College website. Your application will not be considered complete unless you submit a bio. Scholarship Bio Template (Word)
• Complete this application form in full. You can not save and return to it.
• Upload an essay (no more than two pages, double spaced) about why you are deserving of the scholarship. Please read scholarship criteria to see if there is a specific topic you must address.
• After you upload the required documents, press SUBMIT.
