Important Announcement for Residents

Ramapo provides wireless access in all residence halls, making personal wireless access points or routers unnecessary. These devices can interfere with the campus network and cause connectivity issues. As a result, personal wireless access points or routers are not permitted on campus. Use of such devices may lead to suspension of your Internet connection.

Ramapo provides wireless access campus-wide, including academic buildings and residence halls. Wireless access is available to faculty, staff, students, guests, and alumni.

While on campus, users will be able to connect to one of the following wireless networks:

The sponsor must have a Ramapo email address (@ramapo.edu) and be readily available to approve the Guest’s WiFi access.  If a guest needs WiFi access for longer than 24 hours, the guest must contact the department head of whom their visiting or ITS for this request.

Ramapo-Secure
