The public feedback period is open from December 17, 2025 – January 16, 2025. The revisions to the policy/procedure include the creation of a new, shorter policy which deletes information that will be contained in the IRB Manual currently being drafted. Please send feedback using this form

Policy/Procedure Release of Academic Records for a Deceased Student

Revised to replace “transcript” with “record”, and requires the requester to include in writing which specific record they are looking to obtain. This administrative update brings the policy in line with current practice.
