Academic Policies in Review
The Academic Policy Council has reviewed the following policies and invites public feedback on the proposed revisions. Revisions are made using track changes in the linked documents. Please submit your feedback using this form.
Policy/Procedure 300-T Course Delivery Modes (formerly Remotely-Delivered (Virtual & Online) Courses)
Public feedback is open from April 28 – May 26, 2025. These revisions refocus the policy to address only the standards and procedures for assigning course delivery modes.
New academic policy proposal 300-TBD Administrative and Faculty Responsibilities for Hybrid & Online Courses
Public feedback is open from April 28 – May 26, 2025. This new policy was developed to retain and consolidate information that no longer fit with the revisions to 300-T Course Delivery Modes (formerly Remotely-Delivered (Virtual & Online) Courses).
Policy/Procedure 300-EE Student Classification
The public feedback period closed on December 23, 2024 and the policy remains under review.
The following policies were reviewed by the Academic Policy Council, approved by the Provost, and shared with the Mission Element Team in AY2023-2025 and AY2024-2025.

- 300-B Academic Integrity
- 300-D1 Credit Load (new name)
- 300-E Retaking Courses and Grade Replacement
- 300-FF Transferring Academic Credit
- 300-B1 Course Deactivation (new name)
- 300-QQ Withdrawal or Leave of Absence from the College
- 300-Y Visitors and Announcements to Class Sessions
