Class of: 2024

Major/Minor: Elementary Major in the 4+1 Special Education Masters Program

Resident/Commuter: Commuter

Favorite Class: My favorite class is Home School and Community for Diverse Learners (EDSP 610) with Dr. Good. I love being able to learn about teaching special education and getting experience with it. Dr. Good teaches the course in a fun and inviting way.

Favaorite Place on Campus: My favorite place on campus is the library study rooms. They’re so cozy and a nice place to get work done. I don’t go in there often, but when I do, I enjoy it. I like bringing my friends with me. A bonus is that Starbucks is in the same building!

Future Plans: I plan to student teach in the fall of 23 and spring of 24. After graduation, I’m going to continue my education at Ramapo and receive my masters in Special Education.

Clubs/Organizations: Being a part of the Center for Student Involvement staff has allowed me to meet more friends and get involved on campus. Everyone is so friendly and shows great support. I love the bonds that I have created with my peers and even the pro-staff.

Favorite Inspirational Quote: “Just keep swimming” -Dory

Advice for First-Year Students: Enjoy all the events and locations on campus. These four years will fly by before you know it. Go to any event that interests you, even if you go alone because you can meet new people there!
