Laurel Hall Kitchen] Join the Roukema Center in a participatory demonstration in the construction of hummus. Hummus is a spread made from mashed chickpeas that is popular in the Middle Eastern and Mediterranean regions. Join us in learning how to construct this dish, while you sample some along the way!

[Laurel Screening Room] Join the Roukema Center for International Education and the Spanish Club for a screening of the HBO film, Walkout. Walkout is film is based on the true story of the 1968 East L.A. student walkouts.  Stop by and enjoy the film in honor of International Education Week!
