Primary Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate the day-to-day operational aspects of all outbound international education programs (study, intern, research, and service learning) as well as initial intake of international exchange students. Act as the key liaison with colleagues across campus and with existing partnerships around the world to support students during the various stages of their international experience including; advisement, pre-departure, on-site, and post-program. Oversee all aspects of enrollment management for international programs, including tracking enrollment trends. Assess potential and review existing external partners for study abroad, international exchange, direct enroll, internships, and service-learning opportunities. Manage marketing, recruitment, pre-departure preparation, billing, scholarship awards, and insurance. Process enrollment reports using Terra Dotta Software (StudioAbroad). Collaborate with faculty to manage and support faculty-led programs. Develop and strengthen student support services (diversity, disability services, etc.) through liaising with Ramapo College staff, faculty and external partners. Supervise graduate assistant(s), student aide(s) & education abroad (Global Roadrunner) peer advisors.
