Phase 1 College Park Apartments – Buckeye Interior Renovation

Project No. 2014-64-02C.1

The project involves the interior renovation of a freestanding multi unit college dormitory.  This wood structured building currently sits vacant and demolished down to the framing and subfloors.  Scope of work to include, but limited to, new kitchens, bathrooms, sheetrock, flooring, lighting fixtures, appliances, tiolets, accessories, and demolition.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 16, 2014 in the Robert A. Scott Student Center room SC-137.  If due to inclement weather the College is closed at this time, the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on the next business day at the same place and time.

Last Day for Questions: REVISED From: Tuesday, December 23, 2014 To: Friday, January 2, 2015.

Final Addendum to be issued: REVISED From: Tuesday, December 30, 2014 and Tuesday, January 6, 2015 To: Friday, January 16, 2015.

Bid responses are due by: REVISED From: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 13, 2015 and 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January, 20, 2015 To: Tuesday, February 3, 2015.
