Project No. 2017-03-01C

The project is being bid as lump sum general contractor and multiple prime trades including general construction, plumbing/fire protection, mechanical, and electrical/fire alarm. Project consists of minor renovation to an existing unused space for a new nano-lab. Project is approximately 600 square feet of interior renovation.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: 10:00 A.M. Thursday,  May 4, 2017 in Trustees Pavilion Room 1.  If due to inclement weather the College is closed at this time, the pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on the next business day at the same place and time.
