Project Number: 2014-64-01C

The project includes the interior renovation of freestanding multi-unit college dormitories.  Scope of work to include, but not limited to; asbestos abatement and demolition of sheetrock walls down to stud framing, new sheetrock, mechanical systems, plumbing, sprinkler system, flooring and wall finishes, new kitchen cabinets, new bathroom vanities, new plumbing fixtures, new lighting, new receptacles, devices and branch circuit wiring. New stairs with new guard rails, handrails and balusters are being installed to comply with present code. Bids will be received for a single lump sum contract covering all work indicated in the construction documents.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 1, 2015 in the Trustees Pavilion room 1.  If due to inclement weather the College is closed at this time, the pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on the next business day at the same place and time.
