Accessibility

At The Berrie Center for the Arts, we are committed to providing all of our valued patrons with access to our facility. Our building is fully equipped and accessible with:

  • Designated, integrated, accessible seating for patrons who use wheelchairs, and their companions is available at all performances and events.
  • The Berrie Center offers barrier-free access with on-grade entrances, elevators, railings, wide doorways, accessible restrooms, and designated parking spaces.
  • Wireless infrared receivers are available for patron use upon request.
  • Large print programs are available at every performance with 48-hour notice.

Guest parking for all visitors is located in Lot C.

If entering campus on Magnolia Rd., turn right at the first stop sign and follow Cherry Lane to Redbud Lane (in front of the Berrie Center) and turn right. At the end of the drive, turn right and park in Lot C.

If entering campus on Ramapo College Dr., turn left onto Tupelo Rd. Continue straight at the stop sign onto Rhodora Rd.  At the stop sign, turn right onto Cherry Lane to Redbud Lane (in front of the Berrie Center) and turn right. At the end of the drive, turn right and park in Lot C.

The Berrie Center for the Arts policies are in place to protect the health of our audiences, staff, students,
volunteers, and guest artists. Policies are subject to change.

Preparations & Protocol for Your Visit

To help ensure a safe and comfortable experience, all visitors must adhere to the safety protocols
outlined below:

● If you are feeling ill, remain at home. Call our box office, prior to the performance, to discuss exchange options for a future performance.
● By choosing to attend a performance, you are assuming all risks related to being exposed to
COVID-19 and the Berrie Center for the Arts and Ramapo College will not be held responsible..
● We will be minimizing paper and other touch points as often as possible. Please be sure to check
on the most updated ticketing procedure prior to your arrival.
● Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the lobby to encourage proper hygiene.
● Enhanced cleaning protocols including use of CDC, NJ Department of Health, OSHA and EPA
approved disinfectants remain in place.
