Currently Ramapo offers a broad array of courses in the environmental studies and environmental science majors, and the master’s program in sustainability, many of which are taught at the Sustainability Center. Other programs with sustainability-related courses may also schedule the classroom. The room is approximately 700 square feet, and holds up to 32 students. The classroom is equipped with chairs and moveable tables which can be set up in many configurations, suitable for lecture and seminar formats. The facility is fully handicapped-accessible.
Since Fall 2009, the New Jersey Higher Education Partnership for Sustainability has utilized this 175 square foot office space.
Water-saving toilets are installed with a waterless urinal in the men’s room. Each facility is handicap equipped.
Recycling stations allow for the collection of paper and commingled containers.
