Favorite Class: My favorite class is Death and Dying with Corrine Cavuoti. The reason it’s my favorite class is because this class has allowed me to see things differently in a good way! Despite the scary title, it’s very interesting.

Favorite Place on Campus: My favorite place is the seating area by common grounds in the Library. I’m always there doing work and chatting with friends. To me this is a safe place where I feel like I can get work done.

Clubs/Organizations I am part of the Orientation Program, I served as an orientation leader summer of 2022 and I am the coordinator for the summer of 2023 I am also part of the American Cancer Society Club(ACS). This club means a lot to me and allows me to help others in a different way.

Future Plans: My future plans are to hopefully get my master’s degree in order to work in higher education. I really do enjoy helping others and I don’t say that just to say that, it’s something that I enjoy doing. Thanks to the Peer Facilitation and Orientation program led me to want to make it my career.

Favorite Inspirational Quote: “Never forget what you are. The rest of the world will not. Wear it like armor, and it can never be used to hurt you.”

Advice for First-Year Students: It’s okay to be nervous! We all were at some point and some of us still are. College is a whole new world, it will give you great memories, and great friends. Get involved!!! It can be scary 100% and it may take some time to put yourself out there but it will be worth it!
