Louis M. Bevilacqua is Vice President of Business Finance at Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. He joined the company in 1979 as a meter reader in Westchester County, NY. Within a year, he was promoted to analyst in the Revenue Forecasting department. This was the beginning of a 36-year career in which Lou contributed to Con Edison his skills, knowledge and expertise in financial forecasting, planning and budgeting. He created financial forecasting systems used to develop the strategic plans for the company and was instrumental in merger and acquisition activities in the late 1990’s. He also helped structure a Shared Services organization, which now brings efficiency and money-saving synergies to both Con Edison and Rockland Electric Company.

Lou earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA in Management Information Systems, both from Iona College. While there, he played varsity ice hockey and competed in the ECAC – Division III.

Lou, a resident of Bergen County since 1982, considers it fulfilling to give back to his community, especially in the area of education. He has served on the Ramapo College Foundation Board of Governors for five years and in the last year has been the Chair of the Audit Committee. Through Con Edison, he also supports an afterschool program at Iona College that focuses on environmental education for elementary school students.

Lou and his wife Theresa have been married for 34 years. Their family includes son Louis, daughter Michelle, daughter Marisa and her husband Paul. Lou kept up his passion for ice hockey through coaching and is an avid New Jersey Devils fan. He’s also a wine enthusiast. He treasures the moments when he can spend time in Napa Valley touring and tasting with friends and family.

Vince Forlenza serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.

Mr. Forlenza joined BD in 1980 and has held leadership positions in the United States and Europe. These include appointments as President of Becton Dickinson Microbiology Systems in 1996; Senior Vice President, Technology, Strategy and Development in 1998; President of BD Biosciences in 2003; and Executive Vice President in 2006, during which he was responsible for the BD Diagnostics segment.

Mr. Forlenza was named President in January 2009, assumed additional responsibility as Chief Operating Officer in July 2010, and became Chief Executive Officer in October 2011 and Chairman of the Board in July 2012.

Mr. Forlenza is active in various professional and community associations. He is a board member of AdvaMedDx, a division of the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed) that focuses solely on in-vitro diagnostic technologies. He also serves on the AdvaMed Board and is the Committee Chair to the Technology and Regulation Committee. Mr. Forlenza currently serves on the Board of Trustees at The Valley Hospital. He is a member of the Advisory Board for the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Lehigh University and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Lehigh.

Mr. Forlenza obtained his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University in 1975 and his MBA from Wharton Graduate School, University of Pennsylvania in 1980.

Vincent P. Colman, Vice Chairman and U.S. Assurance Leader PwCVincent P. Colman

Vincent “Vin” Colman is Vice Chairman and the leader of PwC’s Assurance Practice and has more than 30 years of experience of serving large multi-national companies in the areas of accounting, auditing, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. He previously served as the Firm’s U.S Assurance Managing Partner, leader of PwC’s National Office, and Vice-Chairman for the East Region. Trustee Colman held various leadership positions within the Firm, including the role of the U.S Advisory Operations Leader overseeing business unit operations, human resources, learning and education, finance, marketing and communications. Trustee Colman has also served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Ramapo College Foundation since 2009. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Accounting from St. John’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York. He resides in Mahwah with his wife, Jean, and their four children.

Alison Banks-Moore is the Chief Diversity Officer for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.   With over thirty years of experience as a Human Resources professional, Alison has held various positions at major corporations to include: AT&T, KPMG, Cablevision, & 32 BJ Benefit Funds.

As Chief Diversity Officer at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Alison has harnessed the energy of a dynamic organization to strengthen the personal and professional relationships that supports an inclusive, thriving, and diverse workplace. She has demonstrated a strong commitment to leveraging the unique skills and abilities of all employees which has resulted in the company receiving numerous awards from national publications to include, DiversityMBA Magazine, DiversityInc., INROADS, AARP, Latina Style, GI Jobs, and Working Mother Magazine.

Alison is a member of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association Diversity Alliance, the Northeast Regional Corporate Industry Liaison Group, the Society for Human Resource Management, Member of NJ LEEP’s (The New Jersey Law and Education Empowerment Project) Advisory Board, New Jersey Network to Network Women’s Consortium, Christ the King School Middle States Accreditation Planning Board, the Ramapo College of New Jersey’s Board of Governors as well as the Tri-State Diversity Council’s Board of Directors.
