alaiDavid Alai

David Alai is the Corporate Vice President for Sharp Electronics in Mahwah, New Jersey. Mr. Alai is responsible for corporate human resources for North America as well as managing the company’s pension and 401K programs, union negotiations, corporate purchasing, facilities management, community relations and corporate philanthropy. He is currently on the board of directors of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey and chairman of their Strategic Planning Committee. In 2005, Mr. Alai was appointed by the Governor to the State Benefits Review Task Force. He is a governor on the Ramapo College Foundation Board. Mr. Alai graduated from New York Institute of Technology. He and his wife Cynthia live in Rutherford, New Jersey.

duganMarion Dugan

Marion Dugan received her degree in Metropolitan Studies from Ramapo College in 1980. She and her husband Pat are major donors to the college including an endowed scholarship for the Community Scholars program and to purchase equipment for the physics/engineering program. In 2001, the Dugan’s founded Charity Navigator whose mission is to help charitable givers make intelligent decisions by providing easy-to-understand financial information on thousands of charities to the public free of charge.

John R. Smith is Director of Corporate Responsibility for Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) and President of its Foundation. He develops and implements corporate strategy, policy and initiatives for all corporate giving programs, contributions, memberships, sponsorships and events. He serves on the executive boards of over 50 civic, fraternal, educational, business and professional not-for-profit organizations throughout New Jersey.
John graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Anthony J. Marino is CEO of Century 21 Construction which he founded in 1968. Family owned and operated, Century 21 is one of the top ten competing general contracting and construction management companies in New Jersey. Mr. Marino currently serves on the board of directors of the Columbus Citizens Foundation, Saint Vincent’s Academy in Newark and the Valley National Bank. He is a graduate of Seton Hall Prep and Seton Hall University with a degree in Business Administration.
