This is a REBID. The project involves selective interior demolition and renovation of a 2,690 square feet structure to be converted into a common space for students and faculty. Limited site work includes regrading and new concrete and pavered walks. The interior will have an open seating area and a serving area for food. The remaining spaces are support for these functions. Bids will be received for a single lump sum contract covering all work indicated in the construction documents.
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND SITE INSPECTION: 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 2, 2016 in the Carriage House, formerly the Print Shop. If because of inclement weather the College is closed on this day, the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on the next business day the College is open at the same time and location.
